Phone Placement and Training

We have started placing the new phones on desks. This process will continue through next week. If a phone is on your next, you are welcome to start playing with it. The new phones will not be able to make external calls until July 13th. Formal training sessions will start being held on Monday, June 29th. New Campus Phone System

The new phone equipment has finally started to arrive. Over the next four weeks, the entire campus phone system will be replaced including every phone. You may have 2 phones on your desk (the old phone and the new one) for about 3 weeks during the transition. We are planning July 10th as the official cutover date for the new system. Microsoft Updates

Microsoft has recently released several critical patches for Microsoft Office and XP. We will be pushing those updates to the campus this week. If possible, please leave your computer on overnight to allow the updates to install with minimal impact to your daily activities.
